This is a list of insurances that we accept at Rebound. This list includes but is not limited to:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
- Cigna and Cigna Health Springs
- Humana
- Medicare
- Most Medicare supplemental plans
- Tricare and Veteran's Choice
- United Healthcare
- Medicaid
As a courtesy Rebound will file your primary, secondary and tertiary insurances. If authorization is required by your particular plan, you will be informed and we will work with your insurance to obtain that for you.
If your insurance is not included in the list provided, please contact our office to see if your particular plan is accepted. We will be happy to answer any insurance related questions, such as what your benefit / out of pocket cost for physical therapy would be. We can be contacted @ 678-445-9799 or fill out the information to the right of your screen. The personal information is optional, but you are welcome to enter that if you would like a call back with your specific Physical Therapy benefits through your insurance plan.
